🔹 Job Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and manage import/export documents (invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, etc.).
✅ Verify shipment details and coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customers.
✅ Ensure all documentation complies with local and international trade regulations.
✅ Monitor shipments and update stakeholders on customs clearance and delivery status.
✅ Maintain accurate records and reports related to shipping and logistics.
🔹 Job Requirements:
✔ 1 - 2 years of experience in documentation, logistics, or import/export.
✔ Degree in Business, International Trade, or related field.
✔ Good communication skills in English (preferred).
✔ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
✔ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
